Due diligence can be provided on a standalone basis for clients who have sufficient deal flow but lack the capacity to filter and qualify the best opportunities.

Venture opportunities are either talked through as a presentation and/or submitted as a memo according to clients’ preferences.
This commences with the key facts about the financing round so the terms are understood.
A clear and concise analysis then follows of the problem being solved, market dynamics, solution benefits, traction and financial projections.
Presentations conclude with a returns modelling and the key risks.
Further due diligence follows if the client has questions during the presentation.
Clients decide whether to progress to a meeting with the company or pass on the opportunity.
We facilitate meetings between clients and companies and communicate client decisions on whether to make an investment or not.

Where clients have proceeded to engage with ventures and decided to invest, we produce periodic reports collating the ventures’ updates.
If clients have taken significant stakes in ventures, we will act on their behalf to challenge ventures’ growth strategies in order to minimise clients’ risks.
About our company
LIS Direct Ventures was founded 5 years ago after I’d had a successful career as a Procurement Executive working for large multi-nationals.
Having made a number of personal investments directly into companies, I set out to combine my interest in ventures with the market research and supplier due diligence skills built up over my career into a service providing Family Offices with access to qualified deal flow.
The success of this approach is reflected in the long term relationship established with a single Family Office based in Florida, US.
